Organising Team Leader
Ratha graduated from BA of Art in Social Work in Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has experienced in interpersonal practice based till education and training on gender equity issues. He is passionate about gender equality and social justice. He used to work in hospital, school and communities toprovide social work services, change belief, behavior and attitude regarding gender inequity. He believes everyone should live free and equal because they born with. Empowering individual; specifically, LGBTQ+, and respecting one rights and dignity bring a better society without left someone behind and enhance the quality of life as a human being. He is working with Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK) as LGBTIQ Organizing Team Leader.
