Leaphy has joint RoCK in 2015 after she graduated from Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Royal University of Phnom Penh. She developed her knowledge and skill during her internships with peacebuilder, diabetic and hypertension patient and grassroots communities in the area of human rights, social justice, health service and community empowerment. She loves to learn and be part of the change.
