Collette O’Regan

Collette is co-chair of the Board and a founding member of RoCK. Collette comes from Ireland and worked in Cambodia for eight years (2007-2015) in the areas of advocacy, human rights, democracy education and grassroots empowerment. As a lesbian she also took a keen interest in advancing LGBT rights and equality in Cambodia. Collette holds a Masters in Equality Studies and her professional background is community development applying Paolo Freirean principles and methods to community education and action. Currently Collette is working in this field back in her home country Ireland yet she keeps a very active interest and role in RoCK and Cambodia generally.
