Pisey has been with RoCK since 2014 which she helps with setting up finance system and developed basic expense per diem at the early stage. She has more than 8 years of experience dealing with finance in HIV/AIDS, grassroot community and LGBT community. She always take care of team member by being a good listener. Pisey holds bachelor degree in Accounting from the Royal University of Law and Economic, in Phnom Penh Cambodia.
