Soun Tien is a Board member at RoCK to promote Cambodia LGBT rights since 2017. Tien has spent 6 years + working as a Community Health Educator and another 6 years working in labor sector with female garment worker. She is passionate in legal and human rights fields which she has involves with Cambodian grassroot communities especially on citizenship rights. Tien holds Bachelor Degree in Mid wife and Bachelor Degree in Law.
