Raksmey graduated from bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture. He has been working with RoCK since 2018 as a Communication Assistant. He has a dream to see for Khmer citizen/people, especially women and LGBT+ community to live with smiles, dignity, get equal rights and opportunity by getting full support, acceptant and protection from their family member, community and Cambodia Law which create justice for all.
