Say Seaklay
Advocacy Officer

SAY Seaklay (prefer to be called by Pipi) holds a Bachelor Degree of Social Work from Royal University of Phnom Penh. Pipi has been working with Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK) since 2012 to raise awareness, empower LGBT communities across the country, and advocate for equal respect and rights of LGBTs throughout his skills and knowledge of Social Worker. His work mainly involves the community organizing, facilitation, community engagement in the decision making process, and team work. Prior to working at RoCK, he was an English voluntary teacher, and a data collector for a number of projects including a social inclusion of lesbian gay and transgender people and transgender healthcare in Cambodia.

Heng Chey Leaphy

Communication Officer

HENG CheyLeaphy holds a B.A of Social Work from Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to working at RoCK, she was interned in and volunteered with various NGOs and informal groups up to 3 years. Throughout those 3 years, she had involved with different types of communities such as detainees, LGBT networks, and famer networks. Her internship and voluntary work has developed her knowledge in research, data collection, facilitation and program evaluation.
